It was a time of refreshing and energizing for the Pastors who had come together after 4 months since the commencement of NCEASL’s support.  

The sessions were well attended with the morning programmes on comprehensive teachings. During the rest of the day the participants had plenty of time to relax, fellowship with each other, pray for each other and get to know each other. For most of them it was the first time they met and got to know each other.

The following sessions were taught by NCEASL staff during this seminar.

Leadership and Relationship  
Power of perspective; role of responsibility, the affirmation a leader should have and  how to build  sound relationships.

Managing My Personal Growth  
Some myths leaders have about growth; importance of personal growth; commitment to grow.

Today Can Be A Master Piece  
Misconception about success and the lessons we learn from the life of Daniel and twelve decisions we need to focus on.  

Capturing And Implementing A God Given Vision
What is a vision; difference between God given and man given visions; lessons from Matthew 9:35 - 10:8 on how to handle a God given vision.

At the end of the seminar the participants shared their concerns and prayed for one another.
